“The products are awesome but the huddle I wanted included a mug. I even emailed customer service to say I clinked the link you sent me but when I purchased there was no mug or frother. They send me a new link. I receive my package and no mug. I email customer service again and she wants a receipt. The previous transaction should be saved already. I still have no mug and it shouldn’t be this difficult. Despite that, what I received I loved.”
