“It was a good price for this package and about 30% of the plugins I rate very highly. Good tools that work well! The rest I'll probably never use. The instant chat service from Waves is not only good but essential. I found the activation systems a bit clunky to use and not that straight forward to operate. On the Retail side at Eastwood sound everything was fast and efficient. From the point of purchase to download, installation and activation everything happened within a day. Which is great that's how it should be. Looking ahead I'm not sure that a day would always be an acceptable time frame. When traveling to work in other studios for example. Sometimes jobs come up suddenly and there isn't prep time. To arrive at a new studio and get the plugs in within an hour is very desirable. Thank you for all your hard work and products over the years I think Waves have contributed significantly in the pursuit of quality audio and music. Hello David, thank you for your review. That's all change from 1st April as far as instant serial numbers are concerned as we now have a dealer online portal in which to place Waves plugin orders and get an immediate serial number which we can then forward onto our customers. Usual turnaround time shouldn't be any longer that one hour but hopefully within 15 minutes.
