“All was fine except for one wrapped canvas that was badly rubbed along all edges. They are redoing it and sending it out to arrive, with luck, by the end of May. C/S rep was professional, courteous, and knew how to handle the issue. The canvas that was damaged was not individually wrapped in plastic as were the others that arrived undamaged.”

“The prints were good but one had a 7 inch line mark on it. I was able the use an eraser to remove most of it but some still remained.”

“The print was upside down in relation to the hanging wire. There was two scratches on the black frame and a dent in another portion of the frame.”
