“My canvas was supposed to arrive framed and it did not. I contacted Easy Canvas rep and they provided me with a replacement canvas print framed as ordered and shipped for free, without having to return the original.”

“I rate this company excellent even though the wrong print was sent in the original delivery. I notified them and they immediately corrected the mistake. They communicated frequently with me about the issue and made sure that the correct print was sent as soon as possible. Their customer service in resolving a problem was outstanding.”
