“I failed to read the fine print regarding a delivery date after Christmas. Then I learned that they were offering a bigger discount than was offered when I originally ordered. I contacted Customer Service, and they promised to refund an amount of my payment to match the bigger discount. I was pleased with the level of customer service.”
