“I have yet to receive what I ordered. Twice I have received damaged prints - they refused to pack the two prints properly, placing them face-to-face, causing the prints to be rubbed off and the canvas to be creased. The first time I called they were quite polite, but the second time the customer service representative was somewhat rude.”
