“The pack was left on my doorstep in the rain. It had already opened whilst in transit, both stickers that were supposed to seal the box had opened and the packets inside looked like they had fallen out and been put back in. The packets were crumpled.
I informed customer service but their lackadaisical reply indicated that I need not have bothered. I suggested that their packaging needed securing better.
I completed their customer survey and indicated that I would not be shopping with them again”
