“was a gift for a friend and arrived in the same box as another order. not worth the money and had no clarification what was even included in the order and no note to say what was included in the box. not convinced i even received the order. i was refunded 10% but considering i had to spend a further £20 on a more reliable gift this is not exactly compensation . would not order again or recommend”

All of our products state on our website that they are packed in one box, this will to be ensure the correct shipping is paid, reduce our "food miles" where possible and using less packaging. If any needs to be separate, it would need to be put in as a separate order. As you can appreciate a lot of people will be buying multiple products for themselves.
As with mystery boxes there is no guarantee what you get, it was advertised on the website of how many products the box would contain.
The medium box had 10 products, so if you bought two there would be 20. If this is not the case, please contact us over at support@eatloveraw.com . The Mystery box contents was on a constant rotation, so that people ideally do not get the same boxes if they bought at different times.
The 10 percent was given on this occasion, as we understood there could have been some confusion in it and so that you could buy another gift/bag or box should you not used the one it came in. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with this, if there is anything else please let us know.
