“Hi. Not great timing to receive this email since I was crying about how low and depressed I am. Anyway, the ultimate mega mix was great, my favourite part was definitely the wafer bars with the creamy filling. They are incredible. I love them so much. All the different butter cups could be a bit deeper, they're quite thin/shallow. They are good too though. My favourite flavour was probably the hazelnut one.
In terms of the price, I can only afford your chocolate in sales. Perhaps you have to have it set to the prices you do to make profit, so I suppose I'll always wait until sales to buy from you (I bought in the black friday sale).
Finally, the packaging - please make it plastic free! There are all sorts of natural packagings that I'm sure would meet you criteria. Whether it's made from rice, sugar cane, paper/card, etc, these days there are so many natural materials that can be used as and look like plastics - but are actually fine for the environment, instead of contributing to the accumulating plastics in this world.
