“Flavors are GREAT
Since I'm diabetic, I really have to watch my sugars.
The trick that I'm using, with all of the flavors, is that I roll the gummy in palm of my hands, then with my thumb to remove as much as possible the outer layer of sweetener, which I figure is there in order to keep them soft and separated within the pouch.
I've already consumed several packets this way and will continue to do this.
I also plan to start taking my blood sugar reading before having them and then wait at least a 1/2 hour to do a recheck.
I like this product as alternative to candy bars and other unhealthy sweet items.
