“I placed an order for two core drills that my company needed, one came with the shoulder stock / handle and one did not. Initially, the rep who responded to my email stated that the drills I ordered should not have came with the missing shoulder stock / handle and the model that was listed on the manual that came with the drills was not a model they sold. After providing additional photos as proof that one of the drills came with the shoulder stock / handle and one did not. The vendor sent out the missing shoulder stock / handle. All in all, it took a couple of days to a week for us to be able to get the missing piece.”
“We had been very pleased with our coring drill until recently. The motor in our coring drill stopped working in March 2022. We first purchased it in June 2020, so it lasted just under 2 years. We don't use the drills very frequently so it is a bit of a disappointment. We decided to purchase another one in hopes that it will last longer this time. Fingers crossed.”
