“I found the courses history segments of Irish whiskey interesting and full of interesting facts. I also found the over all time it took to be quite convenient, helped by the way it was broken down into small modules. I Did however find one or two of the details around the process itself to differ to that of what Ive picked up during other courses. For the most part though, I would have no problems recommending this course, you can learn a lot from such a compact package and love that there was a organoleptic aspect to it at the end.”
