“Just completed my Introduction to Whisky course at Edinburgh Whisky Academy and can i just say what a thoroughly enjoyable experience it was. Each module is well laid out and easy to follow. The customer support is excellent and if you have any problems while working through the course the friendly bunch at EWA are there to help. My knowledge of Scotch whisky has increased 100 fold which adds to my enjoyment of a wee dam or two now that i know what goes into it`s production.
