“Placed an order on 12/31/21. Received an email confirmation that has no real information. Paypal was billed by Edwin Novel Jewelry Design for the full amount. Sent two emails and made three phone calls - no response. Web site clearly states that any orders over $5000 (I spent 15,000) are shipped overnight. Not the case. If I do not hear from them by tomorrow I am opening a dispute with Paypal and my credit card. Very unresponsive business.
An update as of 1/5/22. Finally received an email back from someone named Mike. It says in part: "We see that you left a review, please take that off. There is no need to be reckless to get what you want done. Being kind will make us move faster and increase the chances to ship your product out on time. We would have better energy and the process will be smoother."
Everything in the review is accurate. Why should I remove it, Mike? You are, clearly, not a legitimate company if you are threatening to move slower if I do not remove the review. Move slow Mike; I'll dispute charges with Amex.
Another update as of 1/5/22. Received another email from this "reputable" company. It reads:
"Is there a mental condition I should be aware of? I don’t want to trigger anything over this process. Thank you, Assistant to Accounting Executive

I have made several calls only to be talked to in a manner I will not repeat. If your looking for a good jewelry store that deals with the customers very well try Robbins Brothers in Torrance.”
