“I recently bought a ring you sent the wrong size and there were no karat stamp on it. Your arrpaiser said 14k I ordered 10k witch nether were stamped on the ring witch its law that it must be. On top of this it to way longer to get then I was told. I am having it tested at a local jewler. Conscience tells me no karat stamp the ring is a fake”

Today we spoke with a "supervisor" after 30 min hold time and were given the same excuse and told they would call us back. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. I will go out of my way to let people know that not only was the craftsmanship horrible, but the customer service, along with their managers are horrible as well.”
