“I have been an Effy fan for years and have bought rings from Effy Jewelry Stores when I travel to different Countries or have purchased on Cruise Ships. Love the colors of the gems. This is the first time I have purchased on line directly from the Store in NY. Picture of ring looked beautiful and colorful and bright but, the actual ring came to me looking very dark and almost dirty looking. Some sparkle in light but dark in regular room lighting. Disappointing as I have always love the color and sparkle of his jewelry. If I had seen this ring in real life and not in picture, I would not have purchased. Having said that, I will not return the ring due to expense of Shipping and Customs, but have learned a valuable lesson here and will not buy from Effy on line again.”
