I then followed up with an email and phone call and within 1 business day I received a prompt and courteous phone call and email indicating that the change would be made--no problem. To my delight, the ring arrived about 4 weeks later, I received the ring and it was properly sized. Not only that, the ring is gorgeous and I will enjoy wearing it. Very pleased with the entire process but hope that Effy will work on expediting the shipping process.”
