Material: SteelThread Pitch: .575 x 40 This comp can be used with standard barrels or bull barrels. The barrel will need to be threaded to .575 x 40. If you are looking to use this in a commander or government length gun, you will need to turn down the cone to match the slide.
For EGW's CNC comps, we start with a pre-hardened stress-proof comp blank. Using a carbide ball endmill, we machine the various port configurations into the comp. CNC comp back ports are at a 10 degree angle to control muzzle flip. Side ports make the gun feel plusher and track straighter for improved control while firing.
