Our Winchester 52 mount is made specific to the gun. This mount is available in 0, 20 and Negative 20 MOA.If your Winchester has a TAPERED BARREL (very front of the barrel measures less than .750" , you will need a negative 20 MOA rail - available here. The tapered barrel automatically gives you a 20 MOA, the negative will bring you back to 0 MOA.
Rail Type: One Piece PicatinnyMachined from: Domestic 6061 T6 Extruded AluminumFinish: Matte Black AnodizingCenter Spread: .860"Overall Length: 5.882"Height: .4" (Top of Receiver to Top of Picatinny)Weight: 2 oz.Quick Disconnect Ring Compatible: NoAmbidextrous: YesTorque Specs: 20 in/lbsMounting Hardware: #6-48 X 1/4 Screws and T-10 Bit Included
Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, which gives the shooter flexibility when mounting scope rings and other accessories. The channel in the center reduces the overall mass of the mount. Also, in many cases, it will not obstruct usage of factory iron sights. Our one-piece scope mounts are the obvious choice for hunters and tactical shooters alike.
We machine these in our shop using one of our machining centers. After machining, the mounts are tumbled, sand blasted, and Type II anodized for long lasting durability.
Installation: We recommend 20 inch lbs of torque and a drip of blue loctite (loctite is available through our website and is sold separately).
We recommend:0 MOA - if shooting 0-150 yards20 MOA - if shooting 150-300 yardsThe entire mount and accessories (from the mounting screws and wrench down to the packaging) are made in the USA.

The Picatinny Rail arrived promptly after my order and easily installed on my gun (52D). While I haven't installed the scope yet the rail should make it easy.

I like it, it's well made and strong. 4 star rating because there's room for improvement. Making the rail longer would allow better positioning for the rear scope ring. Adding a rear set screw would help prevent accidents and bending the rail. Otherwise excellent, I also bought the high rings, I love them. Vertically split rings can be a pain to install, these are not, they were easily installed no fussing. An improvement would be adding a rimfire model that fits round top receivers.

After installing this rail on my 52D, I boresighted it and shot it at a 50yd. target to zero. The 1st shot was to fowl the bore and the 5th shot struck the "X" ring about 1 click of elevation low of center. I have been unable to take this rifle to the range since then. I think it will work just fine on this rifle. The 20moa rail that I had tried 1st would not allow me to zero this rifle for elevation. Thank you.

I saw this mount on your website and just had to have it. It's so cool because now I can put my 4x16 weaver with fine crosshairs with a tiny dot reticle on the rifle. My rifle is a Winchester model 75 target with a 28 inch barrel, and the base fits perfectly. At first I was skeptical about a cantilever mount but after installing it, and then mounting the scope, I was totally hooked. It makes using a new scope on an old rifle Super nice. Thanks again EGW. Hi, Not bashing your product but in reading the reviews, one said he liked it on his Win 52. On my combo for proper eye relief with Leupold #182502 6.5-20 and Burris XTR rings my rear ring is off the rail approx. 5/16ths of an inch. The solution would be to make it the same length as the steel version and or maybe 7075 aluminum, possibly with a set screw for support at the rear. The steel version is 3x the cost and not always available, and weighs more.
