“I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the product I recently purchased from your company. I paid an exorbitant price for what was supposed to be a high-quality plastic shim, as I preferred not to spend the time and effort making one myself. However, upon receiving the shims, I discovered that they do not fit YOUR mount as advertised. Specifically, the posts do not line up with the shim's holes! Considering the hefty price tag, I had not anticipated having to spend additional time trimming and adjusting the shims to make them fit properly. As a purported engineering company, it is unacceptable that such an obvious compatibility issue between the shim and the mount was overlooked.”

Thanks for leaving a review. We had found that the plastic shims for this footprint were in-fact off. We contacted the company who sells us the shims and let them know about the issue. They have corrected the issue, all current versions of this shim are up to date and fit.
