“The challenge has been great with helping me to be more mindful on what I eat, and given tons of suggestions on the food to eat. That has been my biggest issue. I was generally eating between 2,500 to 3,200 calories A DAY, and with this meal plan I've been eating 1,800 calories and I'm MORE FULL than I was when I was eating the bigger portions.
