“Been wanting to really get back into fitness and I’ve tried all sort motivation and stuff but I always ended up short. I’m super into working out but I haven’t really got the results I’ve been working on. Joining this challenge made me laser focused on my goal. As someone who isn't the most confident in the gym, I'm loving that there are exercises and having back problems, there are plenty of options to choose from, and you can push yourself as much or as little as you like, and, the exercises themselves are not complicated and you don't need any particular skill to be able to join in.

“After a 14 month hiatus from long distance running, getting back into training was THE hardest thing to do. So I subscribed to the challenge, not because I thought I stood a chance of winning, but because I would be held accountable to my actions (or non actions)!
