“Upto week 5 and loving the challenge. The meals are great and I love that you have to option to swap meals in and out. Also there are so many calorie options so you really don’t feel restricted or “hangry”. The support in the Facebook page is awesome and EHP also always comment and help which so amazing. Best lifestyle choice I think I’ve ever made”
