“The only good things about this shaker is size and that it was basically free with the bundle I purchased. I can't read any of the measurement markers on it to know how much you're filling it and the "filter insert" that's supposed to mix your preworkout etc sucks! I've had their other shaker with the mesh like insert and that is the best shaker! If you want a small drinking cup, this is fine but if you are a preworkout and oxyshred addict like me, get their other shaker!!”
