“The first one I received leaked from the lid. So I went to customer service and they were very respectful and took care of me quickly and replaced my item within a couple days.. I appreciated that. But since we are talking about the product and not the person I am giving it 1 star because the second shaker bottles lid wouldn't close and also leaked from the side of it. All in all two out of two shakers that I got were malfunctioning and I wouldn't recommend this product.”
