“If you’re expecting this product to put you to sleep within 30 minutes, I don’t think this product is for you. It does not put you to sleep. However, as a person that regularly wakes up through the night, I will say this product will keep you asleep. My second night take this I was in bed by 10 PM and slept until 10 AM. I am typically awake at 7 am.”

However, each bottle I get contains atleast 1-2 pills with the end cut off and the contents just sitting in the bottom of the bottle. So I miss out on 1/2-1 dose which is a bummer.
