“I had the watermelon flavor, tasted good..The only thing this product helped me was it woke me up and moving in the morning on a empty stomach .. for just a couple of hours at best. Didn’t fell any sweat or hot the so called THERMOGENIC while in it at all. I only gave it two stars cuz the taste was good.. but that’s really it. I don’t recommend it.”
