Pros: This is my first experience with a pre-workout supplement, and after using it consistently for a week, I can confidently say that it provides a significant energy boost. I particularly enjoy the delicious taste of the "peach rings" flavor, and I appreciate that the product contains various supplements to enhance the effectiveness of my workouts. Additionally, I've noticed that taking this fat burner keeps me energized for around 4 hours before it gradually wears off. As a beginner in fitness, I've also observed that this product aids in reducing soreness and promoting muscle recovery. Previously, I would be sore for a period of 3-4 days after intense sessions, but now I only experience soreness for 1-2 days, allowing me to continue exercising even during that time. The packaging is also appealing, and I find it helpful that the product includes useful information on the website. Moreover, it comes with a convenient pre-measured scoop, eliminating the need to purchase an extra one. Cons: While the taste is enjoyable, I've noticed that my drink leaves a powdery residue at the bottom of the cup, which can be a bit bothersome. However, this minor inconvenience is something that one can easily get accustomed to. I also made the mistake of trying 2 scoops at once, which was too much for me. I ended up feeling excessively energized to the point where I had to take deep breaths to relax. Therefore, I recommend that beginners stick to half a scoop or a full consistent scoop when starting out.
