After I’ve taken creatine, I gained 20lbs of pure muscle and became as hard as titanium. Just kidding, but my first time taking creatine, I did a loading phase so I took 5-10g everyday just for a week. I’ve noticed results right after 2-3 training sessions. My next training sessions felt super good, I had felt an abundance of energy and more blood flow. This is my second tub of creatine, so I’m enjoying it. Just dose yourself with moderation, I recommend started with 5g maximum daily.

I really like the form of the powder helps to feed and hydrate muscles and the effects I noticed in the first two weeks of taking I usually mix with my protein or bcaa taste great either way
