“I was having stomach pains the first two weeks and had to stop for a week. Did some research and have been adding it to apple juice stir really good and let it sit over night. Ever sense then I've had no stomach aches. the bloating is real!! My arms face and stomach bloat like crazy but I read and watched videos that said after the second week the bloating stop .I can definitely lift more and 30 minutes after a hard workout .. where your body shakes after their is no soreness! Pros definitely out weigh the cons. But everyone's body is different.”
