I got back into training just a little over a month ago, and this definitely helps with getting that extra rep or two. I cycled for 7 days, a scoop in the morning when I wake up, a scoop pre-workout, a scoop post workout, as well as a scoop at dinner time. First day I tried 2 scoops in the morning, and then 2 scoops post workout as suggested, and I had explosive diarrhea. So beware of taking so much at a single time. Your body will definitely look more fuller, just make sure to drink a lot of water. Just keep in mind that this is not a sprint, it's a marathon. Results will definitely show, slowly but surely. Make sure to keep your nutrition in check!

So far I am enjoying it greatly. No flavor and it is a very fine powder making it easy to mix with just about anything. If people ask about creatine supplements this is what I tell them about.

I just started using Crea-8 2 weeks ago and I’m already seeing results. I mix it with my IsoPept Zero after every workout. Crea-8 is definitely a great product that I will continue to purchase.

This is by far one of my favourite supplements to take. I’ve been using Crea-8 consistently now for a very long time. I usually cycle it for 12 weeks and I notice an increase in my overall size, my pumps and my workouts are a lot more intense when I’m using it.
