“User I brought this product almost two weeks ago and have not gotten any updates or shipping information. Customer service has stopped responding to my emails. They just took my money. Very unhappy and don’t know what to do because they’re ignoring me. Now I see that this product is out of stock. Which seems like bad management and the reason my order didn’t shipped. But they gave no context in a email about this. This is frustrating.”
