Was hesitant about it, got it anyways because i did some research. its been about 3-4 weeks and I take it once a day like you’re supposed to. the bloating from protein shakes have gotten so much better and I feel like shedding fat has been a lot easier since starting it.

I have been using glutamine for a few months now consistently, I mix them everyday with my BCAAs and drink during-post workout. Absolutely delicious paired with the BCAAs and I noticed a difference in my first week! My muscles definitely had more mass! Love EHP!!!
