Glutamine has been a staple of mine for what feels like years. I love adding this to my morning Oxyshred to support gut immunity and function. It's a super smooth powder that mixes in seamlessly. I find this helps keep bloating at bay and gut health supported when my body is going through various changes during competition phases and off-season phases.

Glutamine has become a staple in my training and daily routine! I like to add Glutamine to my shakes post workout or right before bed! I have definitely noticed a difference in my muscle mass from consistently using this product! I've used Glutamine pills and powders before, but this one is definitely my favorite. I've noticed my muscle soreness change a lot since using this powder which is a big win for me lifting heavy 5-7 days out of the week! Definitely recommend adding this to your daily routine!

I have tried many Glutamine supplements, and EHP Labs' L-Glutamine is by far my favorite! Not only are the recovery benefits great, but the quality of the powder is too! Mixes super easy with my BCAA and/or protein, and there is no weird chalky aftertaste or anything. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for something to pair with a post workout for recovery!
