“Amazing pre the vasodilation is incredible. I would say it is a skin tearing pump feeling it’s fantastic. Pride definitely takes it to the next level when it comes to the pump. Given my crippling caffeine addiction I would prefer more caffeine with the initial point of the work out. Lastly that Beta alanine does not create an itchy effort so that’s a plus”
