For a product so expensive, I don't understand why a half empty jar was delivered to me, you mean I'm paying all that for half a jar??? you migh as well have the audacity to reduce the size of the container to match the size of the amount of powder inside INSTEAD OF DECEIVING PEOPLE with the wrong sized jar. This is the first week of me using this product but I know for sure I'll be seeing the bottom of the container by next week. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY”
Hi Mariana, We can confirm the serving amount in your IsoPept is correct. All of our products are packaged by weight, with room to spare. The tub sizes are generic and we prefer to go with a larger size as they are easier to fill during the manufacturing process. The tubs are made to keep the powder inside, if it was full, some of the products might disappear when you open the foil top.
