“Favorite flavor is cookies and cream. The taste and recovery I’ve had using this product is second to none. I make protein cookie dough and freeze it. It’s like a dessert to help stave off sweet tooth cravings.
1 scoop (30g) flavor of choice
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour (6g)
Pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp Unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk (optional but recommended)
Can add chocolate chips, white choc chips, pb, etc.
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the protein, coconut flour and sea salt.
Add in the applesauce, almond mil and butter extract. Stir until fluffy and mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Chill or freeze
Depending on flavor, you can also get some powdered pb and spread on top”

What I want to talk about is when I firstly taste strawberries maybe 5 years ago I hate the Taste
But this year when I ordered strawberry flavor I really feel it is more delicious not like before
It is a dream to drink I really love it
