“First let me say that Gummy Snake is delicious. One item was missing from my bundle. It was 1am on a Friday and I fully expected to wait the weekend for a response. They responded in seconds and had my replacement order done in probably 20 minutes.”
“I order a bundle on September 13,2023. Shipment states 4-7 days in the US, and I do understand that things happen. However, I have yet to receive my order. today is October 9, 2023. I ordered before I ran out of products thinking I would receive them at least within a week. Apparently my order is lost in Atlanta, GA and they want me to just wait around to see if I will mysteriously receive it . I’m disappointed in customer service not handling and resolving this matter. I would think I would get an expedited order for not receiving my order or a refund. I can’t hardly get any contact with these people. It’s ridiculous and the tracking info still says in Atlanta GA USPS waiting to be received. So I can’t even file a claim with the postal services as they have not even received or processed receiving it. Not the company’s fault it was lost in the mail, however they have yet to replace my order, refund me or handle the issue. So customer service sucks. Good luck receiving your order and getting feedback.”
