“I found the quality to be excellent. The CORE attachment definitely amplifies the sounds in a noisy environment, such as the back of an ambulance. I have trouble hearing a lot and the enhanced audio is beneficial for the patients. It is a little pricey, but I consider it an investment in myself and improved quality in patient care.”

“was looking for a new stethoscope - heard about this on - Just Some Pod Cast- decided at my age a digital would be helpful- love it. New patient today with a murmur compared my new core digital with my old cardiology classic littman- no comparison - the core digital had was superior sound”

“As a result of being a firefighter and EMT, and being center stage for the multiple sirens on the vehicles, I am completely deaf in my R ear. As a Nurse, this has posed a problem for me b/c I don't always have digital equipment as we do on the rigs, so traditional stethoscopes have been a problem. I bit the bullet and invested in the digital stethoscope, and it's been 100% worth every single penny. I work in Correctional Nursing, and it's ALWAYS loud, people are always yelling, and that makes it even more difficult to hear a heartbeat, particularly in a crisis. The amplification from this stethoscope, even at the lowest volume setting, gives me reliable and accurate readings for BP, HR, and even heart and lung sounds - things that I've definitely been missing when using a standard stethoscope. My only regret is, seriously, that I did not purchase this sooner. Now I have to hide my stethoscope from co-workers because everyone is blown away by how amazing it is.”
