“I recently purchased this stethoscope at the encouragement of a colleague. It is great for hearing heart sounds. However, when it comes to hearing lung sounds it is not so great. When the augmentation is turned on, the heart tones are very clear, but the lung sounds are distorted and you hear extraneous sounds that sound similar to crackles or rales. When the augmentation is off, it is very hard to hear lung sounds on this stethoscope compared to my old cardiology stethoscope. I work in critical care, lung sounds are as important as heart tones and as critical. I was hoping both would be able to be accurately auscultated through one stethoscope.”

“I recently transitioned to the cardiac icu, and this stethoscope has been amazing. I live with some mild hearing loss, but this makes auscultation a breeze! Breath sounds are very vesicular, and I can pick up a murmur no problem. Definitely a good investment.”

“Great quality. The day I got it, my wife was able to listen to an arrhythmia she had and play it for her doctor! She' a nurse and can't believe the quality of the sound she gets!”

“The stethoscope is so sensitive and transmitters the skin( or clothes )as a murmur. Also can't use for the lungs because it looks like everyone has crackles. I would like some help with that. Thank you.”
