“The reason for my purchse is the fact my tubing that cames with my CORE came lose and I lost the tubing and my sound bell or cone. I feel luck it didn't come lose at the top of the Core. I paid a lot of money for my oringinal 3M Littman Cardiologe IV stethoscope, which I have not gotten a replacement. I have found it difficult to speek to anyone at your end.”

“I think the connector that I bought is for the newer EKO devices. Mine is probably 3 years old. I thought they would be interchangeable but apparently not. I was able to cut mine to make it fit however.”

“5 star parts but 3 stars because the stand alone Core comes with these parts, you don't need to buy these for retrofitting your stethoscope. What would be a cool accessories is a plug with a lanyard loop for the earpiece output hole, this would allow for Bluetooth only operation without the earpiece getting in the way. And a micro USB plug on a tether to keep patient sprinkles out of the port during use.”

“Great replacement parts, unfortunately not shipping anything to Canada anymore so it was an overly expensive process. I love my eko core but I hate that it was near impossible to get replacement parts shipped.”

“I called EKO customer service and explained my problem with stethoscope. I even sent a picture via chat. I paid about $10 for the parts and $10 for shipping. There was no instruction how to use it. I was not able to find anything in website or you tube. I was not able to use it. This was a complete wastage of money. EKO should put some instruction video how to use the tubing parts.”
