Seems to work well. Easy to set up. Also very nice that can be used without amplification, if one runs out of battery power...other amplified stethoscopes cannot be used if out of power.

The CORE Attachment worked just as explained. It has turned my regular stethascope into a digital stethascope that can enhance the organ sounds to acquire a proper understanding of the Pt's condition. It records well and we can listen later. It is too quiet to hear directly through my bluetooth hearing aids live and if I turn up the aids it becomes distorted. This was discussed before buying. It is an excellent digital stethascope and will help in my practice on the ambulance. GOOD JOB EKO

Have to play with the volume so it doesn’t pick up any external noise, but once you find the perfect setting you can hear perfect and clearly.

it has made listening to lung better as I am able to listen for more distinct sounds and can catch symptoms of upper respiratory infections sooner that I could before, I can hear the distinct different sounds of the heart beat as well. It fits well on my cardiac stethoscope and it still fits around my neck comfortably.

Got the attachment for a pre-existing scope. Works great in hard to hear settings. Too much noise if auscultation over clothes. Does make the scope very long so a bear fitting in cargo pants. Use it in clinic setting where length is not an issue but when volunteering on EMS length is an issue. Instructions state that you should not shorten your tuning.

It does what I expected it to do and more! What I'm hoping for is analytics to breakdown the data to get more detailed information (Being able to highlight what area I'm auscultating and a breakdown of what the sound means [A second opinion, if you will]). I am having a slight problem with the quality of sound generated by the software on my phone (Terrible) compared to using the stethoscope (amazing). I am looking forward to the AI you have in store!

I am thrilled with the EKO amplifier device itself. I've heard breath sounds with the EKO that I've never heard before. The learning curve is sharp but brief and it opens up a whole new world, especially to those like myself who have long-term hearing problems. My ONLY complaint is the app. It hasn't matured yet and won't reproduce sounds on the iPad speakers worthy of the classroom. As soon as EKO does that, they get a full 5 stars.
