“I love my Eko Core! I have a hard time hearing and this stethoscope has made it a lot easier for me to assess my patients. With the Covid outbreak I have found using the Eko app and a speaker has made it easier for the whole team to hear a patients lung sounds without even having to enter the patients room which greatly reduces the amount of ppe used.”

“The acoustics are good. Non-amplified seems consistent with Littmann III or MDF. Amplified is better than the littmann 3000 than I also own. Overall, the Tycos has better acoustics and feels less clipped but I don't have the hearing for this in the ICU. If i was in the office only, I'd probably stick with a tycos, but in the ICU, the amplification does help. The noise cancellation is not super noticeable. There is significant amplification of bedclothes etc. and this is distracting. The Eko is also better in regards to this compared to the 3000 They should definitely include a name tag with the purchase and maybe some sort of personalization.”

“Just wanted to let you know I received this stethoscope the other day and it is amazing and has already assisted me in saving time with my respiratory assessments on both Covid 19 patients and critical care medical intensive care and trauma assessments. Thank you! It is a very nice piece of medical equipment, just gotta keep it away from my Doc’s sticky fingers now! Thanks again.”

“The CORE is a game Changer ! It’s amazing. Any and all auscultations are nice and clear. The noise canceling feature is amazing. A stethoscope is own thing you must invest in. I suggest getting your money’s worth and just getting yourself a core from the very beginning. Trust me you won’t regret it.”

“I can hear lung fields and heart rate 100% better. I love that i can take it apart and listen with a bluetooth if i need to use on a patient that is in isolation. I will use this when i take care of COVID patients.”

“I have used Littman cardiology stethoscope for the last 30 years now. As I've gotten older, I've experienced hearing loss in my left ear. I tried the Littman electronic stethoscope when I was completing my NP clinicals, but couldn't hear any better with that than I could my cardiology stethoscope. I was skeptical with this stethoscope, but thought I would give it a try and I couldn't be happier that I did. This stethoscope is far superior in quality and clarity than the Littman electronic stethoscope. I can hear in virtually any environment. I have recommended this stethoscope to my friends and family who are in the medical field.”
