“Streamlined and easy to use. Most people don't realize there is anything different about it. Easy to switch between standard and electronic modes while performing your exam. Battery life is excellent, lasted an entire week while on inpatient service. Really helps to pick up subtle clinical findings on exam.”

“As a nurse in a long term care setting, I felt that I needed a digital stethoscope to hear and identify lung and heart sounds better. The Eko Core is very helpful. I love the amplified sound.”

“I received a new Core stethescope as my old one's diaphragm had cracked and the new Core was coming out. The first one I received a couple of months ago did not have the quality of the older model...I could only hear cardiac and breath sounds if I held it in a very specific position. EKO sent me a replacement one. This one is marginally better as I can hear but still have to hold the tubing a specific way. I am not sure if anyone else has had this problem. I was very happy with the quality of my old model but was excited this was a streamlined model. I am continuing to trial it for now. With COVID-19 impacting my practice, working with the new stethescope is not my top priority! Thank you.”

“I have had some issues with hearing loss especially in my left ear. I have a tube in my ear drum and when the ear canal is obstructed with the stethoscope ear tip , it results in almost no sound being picked up. I do a lot of cardiology and felt I may be missing some murmurs and have constantly had my associates double check me. I recently purchased the EKO core and the sound quality is amazing ! I can hear some with the right ear now and the amplified sound to my right ear is awesome ! Now I feel much better auscultating ! I give my highest recommendation!! Dr. Mark A Ayers”
