I am SO glad I purchased this product! My stethoscope came after about a week, customer service was very friendly. I can hear everything without any background noise also! “I’m a PA and I bought this for my daughter, who’s a nurse. We played around with it and listened to our family members. I’ve never heard heart sounds or breath sounds with this kind of clarity, ever. I own a Littman card 3, and ECO is easily, hands down, the superior product for a nearly equivalent price. Two thumbs up, guys. Great product!”
