“I use it a wireless device. Allows me to listen to my patients from any distance. Great sound. Visual interface from iPhone is awesome! Also, their customer support is excellent!! Great people to work with.”

“I am a paramedic with a busy NYC 911 system. I bought the core digital stethoscope and can honestly say I love the product. It's easy to use and have used both the amplified and non amplified version on the same or and can say what a difference. Ease to hear breath sounds in the back of a moving ambulance with sirens blaring. My only complaint the ear tips. There method ecko uses is to have the metal tip under the silicone shaped in a T design. The silicone skips over the T and pressure keeps it on... Two problems with this. 1) it's a bit uncomfortable 2) I've lost an ear piece already (1 week usage). I would love to see this resigned into a threaded screw end. Makes for more comfort and potentially would stand up to stayng on in a busy work environment. If you work a 911 system, I recommend buying extra ear tips.”

“I purchased the complete stethoscope but I use the Bluetooth device with AirPods and the diaphragm piece from a Littman cardiology stethoscope. This combination works wonderfully with a glove over that gets changed between patients. Sometimes, switching the Bluetooth on takes a minute but I can leave my AirPods in and on transparency mode to hear a patient, family, or colleagues speak. Turn the AirPods to noise cancellation and you hear everything from the stethoscope piece and nothing else. Awesome!”

“Love this stethoscope. I’m a PA who works in the ER for the last 2 years after changing specialty from Cardiology. I had previously been using my Cardiology 3 for 7 years in an office and on the wards but it cracked. I had been having difficulty hearing over all the other noise in the ER. I absolutely LOVE the noise canceling feature and volume control. I have recommended this to numerous colleagues who have been considering digital stethoscopes. I love the app and ability to disconnect the ear piece and use earbuds instead.”
