“As I entered the wards with my new Eko case, my colleagues looked up from their keyboards, having spent their requisite 30 seconds per patient already. The internists drooled hungrily at my clear diagnostic prowess. The surgeons nodded admiringly that I found the tools of my trade worthy of such a case.
