“Ambient sound cancellation is excellent as is frequency range of the device. Agree with other reviewers' comments that pulmonary setting is a bit sensitive to movement which creates artifact. You can hear pretty much everything you need to hear (i.e., rales, wheezes, etc.) on the WIDE setting. The heart rate is calculated from the heart sounds, not the ECG. The ECG works quite well, especially when placing the stethoscope pickup around the 2nd L intercostal area (or slightly lateral to it) --- same place event recorder transducer is attached. Overall, best stethoscope (manual or electronic) I've ever used!”

“It is amazing what this thing can do.How much you can hear and watch at the same time on the head of the stethoscope and on your phone period period. The only thing that I am playing with right now, before putting it out in the field. Yes listening listening through clothing. I've noticed that has some difficulties.The thicker the material. Obviously the e k g part of that does not work through material either but that is understandable. Overall, I love this thing. It's amazing”
