The stethoscope is a wonderful piece of technology. I had tried one and liked it so I knew what I would be getting. I don't appreciate that they advertise that you can use any bluetooth device to listen to the stethoscope but if you can pin them down they will admit that it doesn't work with most bluetooth hearing aids. If you search hard enough you can find that information in 1 of their informational pages. It could also use a little more amplication and for my big hands the button placement is difficult to use. I bump them without meaning to. It's still a nice tool.

This is AMAZING!! I wear hearing aids, and I am able to stream the sounds from the stethoscope directly to my aids! Such a lifesaver!!

Excellent amplification. Spent weekend hospital rounds with it. Rhythm monitoring is sketchy, and non-essential for me. Overall very good, seems more solid than my old Littman.

This would be my first EKO device and it is just " WOW". i let my fellow colleages use it and they were in " aww" as well at the quality of the sound; its nice that you can detect hurt murmurs automatically as well.

Reason I rated it a 3 is because the ECG takes much to long to sync a rhythm. In my practice it is kind of hard to even verify the rhythm due to having to be on the skin (not very many students will allow one to go under their shirt or down their shirt even to determine heart rhythm ) Kardia would be a better option for me. You should be able to track it, if ever stolen like an Iphone can be. Especially since it is so expensive. I wish AI was available for pulmonary. Some times I hear one thing and other people hear something else. I like the fact I can increase the sound but with increased sound you hear an increase of clothing noise. I like the way I can save information on my phone about that patient and show them what their rhythm is as well as deleting that person information if I am not tracking this person in the future. To give the stethoscope a valid review I would need more time to evaluate it. I have only had the stethoscope for about 3 weeks.
