Love this so much! Only change I would make is for the tuning was abit longer. For tiny people it's perfect but for adults going under the shirt you have to get even closer. Size of bell is big but not bulky, screen is perfect size (need screen protectors hint hint), easy to clean, and holds a charge so well. Within first hour one ear piece did pop off while around my neck but hasnt since then. While I do believe the next model will be even better I am loving this one! I feel lile the cool nurse at work when I wear it!!! Not to mention due to some hearing loss and tinnitus the sound is amazing I hear even the smallest sound! I prefer this over my Eko core piece I put on my Littman.

Bypasses my hearing aids. Will sync if next to my charger but out in the field won’t. The good thing is I can wear the ear tips on the top of the stethoscope and hear around my hearing aids.

I have had the product for about a week now, and it is an amazing piece of kit. For daily use when taking blood pressures, it is a little too sensitive and can be too loud if you have to work around patient clothing, but you can hear those patients who seem to have a fainter pulse at the AC. Heart sounds and lung sounds are phenomenal and it is a great teaching tool for peers and patients alike. Having a quick rhythm check lets me know normal/ abnormal at a glance, and in an outpatient setting can allow for referral to a high level of care, and patients can take a copy to their provider and explain exactly what was going on when they were symptomatic, rather than possibly waiting months for a Holter monitor. You can print out a PDF or if you send it electronically, the recipient can click a link to view the ECG and audio recordings in the web portal. There is an option to blank out personally identifiable information. Cons: The default rhythm displayed on the bell can be rather low in amplitude. The manufacturer does recommend using an alcohol prep or ECG gel for a better tracing. There is no way to change leads, and the lead number I, II, III is not displayed. You can see all 3 views in the app and in the web portal. It would be better if you could increase the amplitude or change leads on the fly, and have them labeled on the scope and on the strip, as there are no identifiers wherever you view the ECG. If you have auto-record enabled, and take a BP first, it will start recording and will not let you record again unless you manually clear it out on the app first. That is quite annoying. A workaround would be to check an apical, or as the manual states at the LUSB for best EKG, prior to using the scope for a BP or lung sounds. If you don't at first have the device seated properly on the chest, it will start recording prematurely and give an error saying poor ECG. There should be a slight delay or perhaps a way to quickly enable/ disable it on the device rather than in the app. Murmur and afib checks are included, but afib can be suspected without a fancy stethoscope. Would be interesting if they included auto-interpretations of more complex rhythms. Overall I would recommend this device and others who I have demonstrated it to wish to purchase it for themselves and their practice.

I would recommend this stethoscope for anyone who wants to have the best quality assessment of their patient.

Me: Physician in practice since 1987 Like: Great for heart auscultation as have hearing loss, Lung setting great for rales you might not hear otherwise Dislike: Pulmonary setting is noisy Very big head makes slipping it behind back for immobile patients difficult. ECG is worthless on the scope itself while examining pt, and haven't had a reason to look at my phone ECG during a visit. hard to see p waves, if at all. You can tell a fib as easily from listening. The phone app does show a pretty reasonable tracing using fingers of two hands for a lead on I/II. Haven't tried finger to a toe for III : ) The battery does need charging every 1-2 days if you use it like a doc who actually takes time to listen for full exam (heart, lung, abd and at times vessels).
